摘要
通过对广西壮族自治区首座全桥采用振动搅拌技术生产机制砂混凝土的预应力桥梁的静载试验,建立有限元分析模型,并现场测定桥梁结构的应力以及挠度,与模型比较,评价受检桥梁荷载性能。综合分析静载试验结果,表明受检桥梁结构在各试验工况下均处于弹性受力状态,整体强度、刚度均满足设计要求,为今后采用振动搅拌技术生产的混凝土桥梁结构检测提供参考。
Based on the static load test of the first prestressed bridge using vibration mixing technology to produce mechanical sand concrete in Guangxi,the finite element analysis model is established,and the stress and deflection of the bridge structure are measured on site.Compared with the model,the load performance of the inspected bridge is evaluated.The comprehensive analysis of the static load test results shows that the tested bridge structure is in the state of elastic stress under various test conditions,and the overall strength and stiffness meet the design requirements,which provides a reference for the future concrete bridge structure detection using vibration mixing technology.
