高速公路PPP项目虽然在多方政策扶持下广泛推进,但融资难题也同步显现。为了缓解社会资本在高速公路PPP项目中的融资难题,本文解析了高速公路PPP项目融资难题的关联因素,并提出相应的解决对策和发展建议。希望对社会资本的持续开发,乃至金融机构的放款难度下调有所借鉴,真正支持高速公路PPP项目在我国的健康发展与全面推进。

Although the highway PPP project is widely promoted under the support of policies,the financing problems are also emerging simultaneously.In order to alleviate the difficulty of social capital financing in highway PPP project,this paper analyzes the correlation factors of highway PPP project financing,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and development suggestions.It is hoped that this study will provide a reference for the continuous development of social capital and the reduction of the difficulty of lending by financial institutions.Furthermore,it can truly promote the healthy development and comprehensive development of highway PPP projects.
