Risk Sharing and Response of Owners and Contractors Under the EPC Model

随着经济发展,我国建筑、化工、电力等工程项目的发展越来越迅速,业主与承包商之间的关系也越来越复杂。在政府的政策扶持,以及相关部门、企业的发展需要下,积极引进EPC模式来规范化处理工程项目中业主与承包商的问题,保证工程项目的顺利完成。本文主要对EPC模式下,业主与承包商的风险分担与应对进行了分析。

With the development of the economy,the development of construction,chemical,and power engineering projects in China has become more and more rapid,and the relationship between owners and contractors has become more and more complex.Under the policy support of the government and the development needs of relevant departments and enterprises,it is required to actively introduce EPC model to handle the problems between the owner and the contractor of the engineering project to ensure the smooth completion of the project.This paper mainly analyzes the risk sharing and response of the owner and the contractor under the EPC model.
