加强土木工程施工项目质量管理的措施

Measures to Strengthen the Quality Management of Civil Engineering Construction Projects

在经济蓬勃发展的背景下,土木工程项目建设管理对于城市建设有很大影响,其设施建设质量的好坏直接关系到社会稳定与百姓安宁。目前,国内的土木工程建设施工规模大、工程量较多,在项目管理操作上远不如国外,特别是在验收项目时会发现项目质量不达标的情况,这归因于质量监管部门的审查松懈,因此,优化质量管理,提高监督力度对于提升整体建设质量水平是极为重要的。为了更好地探究土木工程项目建设存在的问题,加强土木工程项目建设管理,本文根据笔者多年的工作经历,对相关资料进行整理分析,总结有效的施工质量管理措施,提出自己的见解,以便日后为其他人员提供参考。

Under the background of vigorous economic development,the construction management of civil engineering projects has a great impact on urban construction,and the quality of its facilities construction is directly related to social stability and people’s peace.At present,the construction scale of civil engineering in China is large and the quantity of work is large,which is still far from that of foreign countries in project management and operation,especially in the acceptance of projects,when the project quality will be found inconsistent with the standard due to the lax review of the quality supervision department.Therefore,it is very important to optimize the quality management and improve the supervision for improving the overall quality construction level.In order to better explore the problems of civil engineering project construction and strengthen the management of civil engineering project construction,this paper,based on the author’s work experience for many years,collates and analyzes the relevant data,summarizes effective construction quality management measures,and puts forward their own opinions,so as to provide a reference for other personnel in the future.
