锡林郭勒盟地区蒙、汉族妇女人乳头瘤病毒感染随机调查研究

Randomized investigation of HPV infectionsin Mongolian and Han women in Xilingol League area

目的:了解锡林郭勒盟地区蒙古族和汉族女性宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(high risk human papillomavirus,HR-HPV)感染分布状况,为锡盟地区宫颈癌早诊早治提供可靠依据。方法:选取2013年1月至2016年4月期间在锡盟妇幼保健院妇科门诊检测过宫颈癌机会性筛查的6680例女性作为研究对象,按照民族分为蒙古族1353例、汉族5327例,采用二代杂交捕获技术定量检测13种高危HPV亚型,比较两组13种高危HPV感染率及年龄分布的差异。结果:6680例患者中,13种高危HPV总感染率为22.46%(1500/6680),其中蒙古族为25.65%、汉族为21.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);蒙古族和汉族两个民族13种高危HPV感染的年龄分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均以30~49岁年龄组感染比例较高。结论:锡盟地区蒙古族女性HPV感染高于汉族女性,且均在30~49年龄段组感染比例较高。

Objective:To investigate the infection distribution of high risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)in Mongolian and Han women in Xilingol League area,and to provide a reliable basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer in this area.Methods:6680 women who underwent cervical cancer opportunity screening in the outpatient department of Xilingol Meng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2013 to April 2016 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into 1353 Mongolian patients and 5327 Han patients according to their ethnic groups.Thirteen high-risk HPV types were detected by hybridcapture 2(HC2),and the differences in HPV infection rate and age distribution between the two groups were compared.Results:(1)13 HR-HPV infection rates:among the 6680 patients,the total HPV infection rate was 22.45%(1500/6680),the Mongolian HPV infection rate was 25.65%,and the Han HPV infection rate was 21.64%,the difference was statistically significant.(2)Age distribution of high-risk HPV infection:There was no significant difference in age distribution of high-risk HPV infection between the Mongolian and Han ethnic groups,and the infection rate was higher in the age group from 30 to 49.Conclusions:The incidence of HPV infection in Mongolian women in Xilingol League area was higher than that in Han women,and the infection rate was higher in the 30-49 age group.
