摘要
目的:探讨对胃癌术后气滞血瘀型胃肠功能障碍患者采用参黄汤治疗的临床效果及对胃肠道功能的改善作用。方法:按照随机数字表法将我院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的58例择期行手术治疗的胃癌患者分为对照组(n=29例)和观察组(n=29例)。对照组患者术后予以常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上予以参黄汤治疗。连续治疗7天后,观察两组患者的治疗效果、胃肠功能改善指标、胃肠激素指标水平变化及生活质量评分对比。结果:观察组患者治疗后总有效率(96.10%)较对照组治疗后总有效率(72.41%)高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胃肠功能改善时间均较对照组短(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后MOT水平较治疗前下降且观察组下降幅度较对照组小,SS水平较治疗前上升且观察组患者上升较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后各项生活质量评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:对胃癌术后气滞血瘀型胃肠功能障碍患者采用参黄汤治疗可提高治疗有效率、改善患者胃肠功能及胃肠激素水平,提高术后生活质量水平。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Shenhuang decoction on patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis after gastric cancer operation and the improvement of gastrointestinal function.Methods:According to the random number table method,58 cases of gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 who received elective surgical treatment were divided into the control group(n=29 cases)and the observation group(n=29 cases).Patients in the control group received conventional postoperative treatment,and patients in the observation group received Shenhuang decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.After 7 days of continuous treatment,the therapeutic effect,gastrointestinal function improvement index,gastrointestinal hormone level change and quality of life score of the two groups of patients were observed.Results:The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group(96.10%)was higher than that in the control group(72.41%)(P<0.05).The improvement time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The MOT level of the patients in the two groups decreased after treatment and the decrease in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group.The SS level of the patients in the observation group increased after treatment and the increase in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenhuang decoction can improve the effective rate,gastrointestinal function and gastrointestinal hormone level of patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction of qi stagnation and blood stasis after gastric cancer surgery,and improve the postoperative quality of life.
