摘要
1964年,中共中央与毛泽东根据国内外形势做出开展“三线建设”的决定,至20世纪80年代后,国际形势逐渐缓和,“打仗”的危险逐渐解除,“三线建设”中建设的工厂逐步转型,称为“军转民”。吉林省的“三线建设”过程与全国大体一致,自1965年开展自身的“小三线建设”,同时向其他“大三线”地区派出人力、物力、财力进行支援;1970年建设“五五工程”后也出现了省内的“大三线建设”。吉林省的三线建设为国家的建设与发展做出了重要贡献,从吉林省的支援建设、吉林省内的“小三线”建设和“大三线”建设等方面厘清吉林省三线建设的史实有利于我们更全面地认识“三线建设”的开展过程和情况以及为振兴东北老工业基地提供相关的建设经验。
In 1964,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Mao Zedong decided to carry out“Three-line Construction”given the domestic and foreign situations.By the 1980s,the international situation had gradually eased,the danger of“warfare”was gradually lifted,and the factories built in the“Three-line Construction”gradual transformation is called“Military to Civilian”.The process of“Three-line Construction”in Jilin Province is roughly the same as that of the whole country.Since 1965,Jilin Province has carried out its own“Small Three-line Construction”,and at the same time,it sent manpower,material and financial resources to other“Big Three-line”regions for support;Later,in 1970,the“Big Three-line Construction”in Jilin province was carried out and it has made important contributions to the construction and development of China.It is beneficial to clarify the historical facts of the“Three-line Construction”in Jilin Province from the aspects of support construction in Jilin Province,the construction of the“Small Three-line”and the construction of the“Big Three-line Construction”in Jilin Province.We are supposed to have a more comprehensive understanding of the“Three-line Construction”development process and situation and to provide relevant construction experience for the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China.
