摘要
采用表面引发聚合法制备了一种具有核/壳结构的石墨纳米片/聚苯胺(GNs/PANI)复合材料.通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、LCR测试仪和矢量网络分析仪对复合材料的组成、形貌和电磁参数进行表征,并研究了石墨纳米片的掺杂量对复合材料导电性、介电性能和电磁屏蔽等性能的影响.结果表明,随着纳米石墨片掺杂量的增加,复合材料的电导率增大.在低频下,复合材料表现出负的介电常数;在高频下,复合材料表现出正的介电常数.当纳米石墨片的掺杂量为40 wt%、匹配厚度为5 mm、频率在10.2 GHz时,屏蔽效能(SE)达到了-33.2 dB.
In this work,graphite nanosheets/polyanline(GNs/PANI)composites with core-shell structure were prepared by surface-initiated polymerization.The components,morphology and electromagnetic parameters of GNs/PANI composites were characterized by Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),Raman spectroscopy(Raman),LCR measurement instrument and vector network analyzer.The effect of graphite loading on conductivity,dielectric properties,permeability and electromagnetic shielding performance were systematically investigated.The electrical conductivity of the composites increases with the increasing of the mass of graphite sheets.At lower frequency,the composite exhibits a negative permittivity;while at higher frequency,the composite exhibits a positive permittivity and a less volatile permeability.As the thickness of 40 wt%GNs/PANI composites is 5 mm at 10.2 GHz,the shielding efficiency could reach-33.2 dB.
