摘要
采用故障模式影响与危害度分析(Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis,FMECA)方法对某矿砂运输船矿砂液化监测系统各部件的故障模式及其影响进行分析。通过对该系统作简要介绍和FMECA研究,发现其薄弱环节,确定危害度最高的故障模式和故障模式检测方法,改进相应的设计并提出相应的应对措施。分析结果表明,所设计的矿物运输船矿砂液化监测系统在发生故障时,不会对船舶和船员造成损伤。
The first mineral liquefaction monitor system for ore carrier in the world is analyzed by FMECA(Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis).The failure mode,effects and criticality of the various components in the system are identified.The weak links of the system are found.The most harmful failure mode and failure mode detection methods are determined.The remedial measures are suggested and corresponding design is improved.The analysis proves that no damage to the ship and crew will be caused by the mineral liquefaction monitor system.
