白萨福克的精液冷冻品质与输精效果分析

摘要 目前地方品种绵羊的经济杂交改良效果显著,但规模肉羊养殖经济对人工输精技术的需求就显得尤为必要,尤其是推广腹腔镜人工输精技术对精液的品质要求较高。因此本研究从精液体外受精质量和人工输精效果方面评价冻精精液的品质。试验结果表明:细管冻精与鲜精的体外受精效果差异不显著(P>0.05),颗粒冻精与细管冻精在体外受精囊胚发育效果方面差异显著(P<0.05);在同期发情撤栓48h后腹腔镜输精方案方面,细毛羊、湖羊与哈萨克羊受胎率(97.01%、83.33%、60%)差异极显著(P>0.01),细毛羊效果最好,湖羊其次,哈萨克羊受胎率效果最差。结论,细管冻精质量能够满足腹腔镜输精要求。 The economic crossbreeding effect of local sheep is significant.It is necessary for the economy of largescale mutton sheep breeding to meet the needs of artificial insemination technology,especially for the promotion of laparoscopic artificial insemination technology.Therefore this study evaluated the quality of frozen semen on in vitro fertilization and embryonic development and consequence of artifical insemination.the Results show that there is no significant difference between frozen group and fresh group semen on embryonic development compentence in vitro fertilization(P>0.05),there is difference between pellet and straw frozen semen on embryonic development compentence in vitro fertilization(P<0.05);the ewes were artificially inseminationed subsequently with straw frozen-thawed spermatozoa doses after 48 hours progesterone sponge withdrawal.Conception rate is highest on merino sheep(97.01%),seconddrawer is hu sheep(83.33%)and the worst of kazakh sheep(60%).The conclusion is that straw frozen sperm we have producted could satisfies artificial insemination with laparoscope on sheep.
