葫芦夜交汤对脑卒中后抑郁病人神经心理的影响

Clinical Observation of Hulu Yejiao Decoction in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression

目的观察葫芦夜交汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效,为壮医药治疗脑卒中后抑郁提供理论依据。方法将60例脑卒中后抑郁病人随机分为两组,每组30例。两组均给予脑卒中常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用帕罗西汀片治疗;观察组在对照组基础上口服壮药方葫芦夜交汤;连续用药4周。治疗前与治疗后2周、4周分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、睡眠积分量表进行疗效评定。结果观察组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为76.7%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2周、4周两组HAMD评分与睡眠积分量表评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗后4周HAMD评分组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后2周、4周睡眠积分量表评分组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葫芦夜交汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效较好,且有助于改善睡眠质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Hulu Yejiao Decoction in the treatment of post-stroke depression and provide the theoretical basis for Zhuang medicine′s treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were given conventional treatment of stroke.Thirty patients in control group were treated with Paroxetine tablets on the basis of routine treatment.Thirty patients in observation group were treated with Hulu Yejiao Decoction on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)and Sleep Score Scale were used to evaluate the curative effect before treatment and at 2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 90.0%in observation group and 76.7%in control group,with no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The scores of HAMD and Sleep Score Scale decreased gradually in both groups after 2 weeks,4 weeks treatment and they were low than those before treatment,there was significant difference between two groups after 4 weeks treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Hulu Yejiao Decoction can improve curative effect and sleep quality in post-stroke patients with depression.
