摘要
神经酰胺是一类重要的鞘脂,参与维持细胞正常功能、调节细胞生长与凋亡,并与多种心血管危险因素密切相关。本文就神经酰胺在心血管疾病预测价值中的研究进展进行综述。
Ceramides are an important class of sphingolipids that are involved in maintaining the normal physiological function of cell,regulating cell growth and apoptosis,and are closely related to a variety of cardiovascular risk factors.The current review summarizes the potential employment in predictive value of cardiovascular disease.
