摘要 目的:探讨阶段式健康教育对首次试管婴儿助孕患者的影响。方法:将2017年3月1日~2019年2月28日收治的102例首次试管婴儿助孕患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式分为对照组和观察组各51例,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予阶段式健康教育;比较两组教育前后焦虑、抑郁情况[采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]及各阶段相关知识掌握情况、满意度。结果:观察组第1阶段~第4阶段健康教育评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);教育后,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对首次试管婴儿助孕患者实施阶段式健康教育,能有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁精神状态,促使情绪平稳,提高患者对各阶段知识的了解和满意度。 Objective:To explore the influence of staged health education on first-time IVF assisted pregnancy patients.Methods:A total of 102 cases of first-time IVF assisted pregnancy patients admitted from March 1,2017 to February 28,2019 were taken as research objects.According to the nursing methods,there were 51 cases in the control group and observation group respectively.The control group was given regular health education,and the observation group was given staged health education.Before and after education,the two groups were compared in terms of anxiety and depression(HAMA and HAMD),as well as their knowledge and satisfaction.Results:The health education score from stage 1 to stage 4 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).After education,HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The implementation of staged health education for the first time in vitro fertilization(IVF)assisted pregnancy can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of the patients,promote the emotional stability,and improve the understanding of the knowledge of each stage and patient satisfaction.
