预见性护理干预在小儿静脉留置针穿刺中的应用

目的分析预见性护理干预在小儿静脉留置针穿剌中的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年01月-2020年01月收治的78例小儿静脉留置针穿剌患儿开展本次试验研究,分组方式选取随机数字表法,将所有患儿均分为参照组和研究组两组,每组39例。给予参照组常规护理,给予研究组预见性护理干预,比较两组患儿的护理效果。结果与参照组一次性穿剌成功率相比,研究组明显偏高(P<0.05);与参照组一次性穿剌失败率相比,研究组明显偏低(P<0.05)。结论给予小儿静脉留置针穿剌患儿预见性护理干预能够显著提升一次性穿剌成功率,能够有效提升护理质量,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing intervention in children's intravenous indwelling needle puncture.Methods 78 children who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for this study.All the children were divided into two groups:the reference group and the study group,39 cases in each group.Routine nursing was given to the reference group,and predictive nursing intervention was given to the study group.Results the success rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);Compared with the failure rate of the reference group,the study group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion the predictive nursing intervention can significantly improve the success rate of one-time puncture,effectively improve the quality of nursing,and has the value of promotion.
