集束化护理在经尿道前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛患者中的应用效果

Application effect of cluster nursing in patients with bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate

目的:探讨对行经尿道前列腺电切术后出现膀胱痉挛患者应用集束化护理的效果。方法:将88例经尿道前列腺电切术患者根据不同护理方式分为实验组和参照组各44例,分别予以集束化护理和常规护理,对比两组患者接受护理干预后患者护理满意度和生活质量。结果:实验组患者对护理服劳的满意程度(97.72%)明显好于参照组(84.09%),实验组患者躯体功能(46.96±6.41vs35.84±4.66)、心理功能(59.66±8.31vs50.61±3.19)、社会功能(57.83±8.33vs49.38±6.88)、物质生活(27.29±3.72vs24.47±3.64)显著高于参照组,组间数值差异显著,P<0.05。结论:对前列腺电切术患者实施集束化护理,可有效提高患者对护理服劳的满意程度,提升患者生活质量,临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing on patients with bladder spasm after transurethral resection of the prostate.Methods:88 patients with transurethral resection of prostate were divided into experimental group and 44 cases in reference group according to different nursing methods.They were treated with cluster nursing and routine nursing respectively,and compared the nursing satisfaction and life of patients after receiving nursing intervention.quality.Results:The satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group(97.72%)was significantly better than that in the reference group(84.09%).The physical function(46.96±6.41vs35.84±4.66)and psychological function(59.66±8.31vs50.61)of the patients in the experimental group±3.19,social function(57.83±8.33vs49.38±6.88),materiallife(27.29±3.72vs24.47±3.64)were significantly higher than the reference group,the numerical difference between the groups was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of cluster nursing for patients with electrosurgical prostatectomy can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services,improve the quality of life of patients,and have a significant clinical effect.
