阴道镜结合病理组织学检查在宫颈病变中的应用分析

目的对宫颈癌病变患者进行检查的过程中,应用阴道镜结合病理组织学检查的临床效果进行深入的研究。方法选择我院于2016年12月~2018年11月期间内收治的肉眼观察异常宫颈疾病患者来开展研究,患者共计500例。对患者进行检查的过程中,分别对患者进行细胞学检查、阴道镜检查以及阴道镜直视下宫颈活组织检查,进行统计和对比。结果阴道镜的诊断结果与病理诊断结果一致度高达90%。结论结合阴道镜与病理组织学检查,以此来更好的保证诊断的准确性,保证患者的治疗效果。

Objective To conduct an in-depth study on the clinical effects of colposcopy combined with histopathological examination during the examination of patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 500 patients were enrolled in the hospital from December 2016 to November 2018.During the examination of the patients,the patients were subjected to cytological examination,colposcopy and cervical biopsy under colposcopy for statistical and comparison.Results The diagnosis of colposcopy was consistent with the pathological diagnosis of up to 90%.Conclusion Combined with colposcopy and histopathological examination,it can better ensure the accuracy of diagnosis and ensure the therapeutic effect of patients.
