城市更新背景下站-城TOD模式与城市更新相关性探究--以日本为例

Exploration on the Correlation Between “TOD” and Urban Renewal Under the Background of Urban Renewal--A Case of Japan

随着我国人口日趋向城市集中,由于城市资源的有限性和人口红利期逐渐进入尾声,所以基于成熟市区的再开发成为我们下一阶段所要研究的重要课题。因此,本文主要在借鉴邻国轨道交通相关一体化案例经验的基础上,结合我国具体国情,从分析TOD模式的运用与城市更新的相关性入手,分析TOD模式在城市更新进程中空间、时间、制度三维度的相互关系,以确保TOD模式在城市更新进程中的有效运用,为今后更多形式的TOD模式的研究与落地奠定一定的理论基础。

As the population moves towards cities in China, due to the limited urban resources and the ending of the demographic dividend period, the redevelopment based on mature cities should be the important subject that we should study in the next stage. Referring to the TOD experience of rail transit in neighboring countries, this paper analyzes the relevance between the application of TOD model and urban renewal according to the actual conditions in our country. In order to ensure the effective application of TOD model in the process of urban renewal, the relationship between spatial, temporal and institutional dimensions is analyzed in this paper. It is hoped that this paper can lay a theoretical foundation for the future study of more forms of TOD models.
