园林景观工程与关联专业的关系研究

Research on the Relationship Between Landscape Engineering and Related Disciplines

一个项目的开发建设涉及多个专业的交叉协作,园林景观工程也不例外,其往往与建筑、结构、给排水、电气、幕墙、精装、标识等多个专业有紧密的联系。如何处理好园林景观工程与关联专业的关系,做到系统性谋划,提前预判、预留、预埋,不仅关乎工程质量和实施效果,也对有效降低工程造价有直接作用。针对房地产开发项目中的园林景观工程,将在此文中结合自身的实践,对园林景观工程与关联专业的关系做简要分析,希望此文能在园林景观设计、施工、监理等方面提供一些借鉴和思考。

The development and construction of a project involves the cooperation of several disciplines, and landscape engineering is of no exception. It is closely linked with multiple disciplines such as architecture, structure, water supply and drainage, electrical, curtain wall, hardcover, and signage, and so on. How to deal with the relationship between landscape engineering and related majors to realize systematic planning, pre-judgment, reservation and embedding is crucial. It is not only related to the quality of the project and the implementation effect, but can also effectively reduces the cost of the project. Aiming at the landscape engineering of the real estate development projects, this paper will analyze the relationship between the landscape engineering and the related disciplines in combination with the author’s own experiences. It is hoped that this paper can provide some references and reflections for the landscape design, construction and supervision.
