摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展,我国建筑行业的发展也随之加速,同时也伴随着新的建筑承包模式的涌现,当下较火的新型的建筑项目业集设计、采购、施工和运行于一体,包括所有承包任务,我们把这种模式称为EPC总承包模式(Engineering Procurement Construction)。本文选定的总承包企业将对施工的全过程进行负责,是一种对建设过程中的各个环节进行调配的项目管理方式,这种方式对缩短工期、缩减成本费用、确保施工质量等多方面都有好的影响。现如今,这种新型的管理模式还处在发展阶段,在实际运用这种管理模式时,还存在一些问题。关于此种情况,本文针对EPC总承包模式存在的问题进行分析,并提出了相应的解决措施和建议。
With the continuous development of the social economy, the development of China’s construction industry has also developed rapidly. With the emergence of new construction contracting models, a new model called EPC(Engineering Procurement Construction) has developed rapidly, which integrates the design, purchase, construction and operation of the engineering project together, including all the contracting tasks. The general contractor selected will be responsible for the entire construction process, which is a project management method of coordinating all links in the construction process. This method shortens the construction period, reduces the cost and ensures the construction quality. At present, this new management model is still in the developing stage, and there are still some problems in its actual application. In view of this, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the EPC general contract model and put forward corresponding solutions and suggestions.
