随着我国房地产行业的快速发展,建筑企业的数量明显增多,相应的,建筑企业在市场中的压力也在逐渐增加。为了更好地促进建筑企业快速发展,提高建筑企业的工作效率和质量,就需要加强建筑工程经济管理工作,加强对企业资金成本的管理,而招投标工作在这个过程中有着非常重要的作用,但是在建筑工程经济管理的过程中,招投标工作制度中还存在着一些问题,基于此,本文对招投标在建筑工程经济管理中的重要作用进行了分析和研究。
