随着经济的发展及现今互联网购物的盛行,公路工程不断地扩大发展,而其中关系到工程质量与承建商所得经济效益的关键就在于对于工程造价的控制,以及管理工作。公路工程项目所涉及的施工周期较长、施工人员较多、施工工艺较复杂并且需要调配多种施工设备,这就会造成很多问题,如果在工程设计阶段不能科学、合理地调整工期,以及工程进度,工程可能就会出现造价过高或者质量无法保障的情况,因此需要在设计阶段就应当有针对性地制订合适的工程设计和计划,在保证工程质量的基础上,保证承建单位的收益和施工效率。

With the development of economy and the prevalence of Internet shopping, highway engineering is expanding and developing, and the key to the quality of the project and the contractor’s economic benefits lies in the control and management of the project cost. The construction period of highway engineering project involves relatively long period, a lot of construction personnel, complex construction technology and the allocation of a variety of construction equipment, which may cause many problems. If the design phase of the project cannot scientifically and reasonably adjust the time limit for a project and project schedule, there may be conditions of too high costs or poor quality. Thus, it is required to make suitable engineering design and planning in the design phase and ensure the benefits and construction efficiency of the construction units on the basis of guarantee the engineering quality.
