摘要
冷却板在目前的车用液冷式电池模组温控系统中广为应用,在冷却板结构中存在多个结构参数,包括冷却板厚度、冷却液流道管径、冷却液流道间距及冷却液流道结构等,这些参数影响着冷却板的散热性能.针对这些冷却板结构参数,通过CFD软件分别建立了仿真模型并进行单一变量的参数敏感度分析,得到了各结构参数对于冷却板散热性能的影响,为冷却板的设计提供参考.
The cooling plate is widely used in the current vehicle liquid-cooled battery module temperature control system,and there are several structural parameters in the cooling plate structure,including cooling plate thickness,coolant runner diameter,coolant runner spacing and coolant runner structure,which affect the cooling performance of the cooling plate.In view of these cooling plate structural parameters,the simulation model and the parameter sensitivity analysis of a single variable are established by CFD software,and the influence of each structure parameter on the cooling performance of the cooling plate is obtained,which provides reference for the design of the cooling plate.
