摘要 MW级风力机额定功率越来越高,其配套塔架尺寸也越来越大.研究利用ANSYS软件建立1.5MW风力机塔架有限元模型并进行静强度分析和正交试验,从而得到塔架结构参数对塔架安全的影响程度.为了减小塔架体积降低塔架成本,选取分段塔筒壁厚参数为设计变量,以静强度安全为约束条件,利用MATLAB和ANSYS软件基于遗传算法原理进行了联合优化.结果表明优化后塔架的体积和质量减小,结构安全性能有一定程度提升.研究成果验证了基于遗传算法和有限元分析的优化设计方法的有效性,可以为同类型塔架结构设计及参数优化提供参考. The rated power of MW wind turbine is becoming increasingly higher, and the size of its supporting tower is becomingincreasingly larger. The finite element model of 1.5 MW wind turbine tower is established by ANSYS software, and the static strength analysis and orthogonal test are carried out to get the influence degree of tower structural parameters on tower safety. In order to reduce the volume of the tower and the cost of the tower, the wall thickness parameters of the segmented tower are selected as the design variables, and the static strength safety is taken as the constraint condition. Based on the principle of genetic algorithm, the optimization design is carried out by using MATLAB and ANSYS software. The results show that the optimized tower reduces the volume and mass, and improves the safety performance of the tower structure to a certain extent. The research results verify the effectiveness of the optimization design method based on genetic algorithm and finite element analysis, which can provide reference for the structural design and parameter optimization of the same type of tower.
