延续护理在我国宫颈癌病人中应用研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics analysis of application research of continuing care in cervical cancer patients in China

[目的]通过文献计量学方法分析延续护理在我国宫颈癌病人应用中的文献特点、干预方式和效果,了解该护理模式的发展现状。[方法]对中国知网、万方、维普和读秀数据库相关文献进行总结,分析纳入文献的外部特征和内部特征。[结果]共纳入95篇文献,2016年-2018年发文量最多,主要分布在江苏省、广东省等南方省份;分布在64种期刊上;纳入文献均为随机对照试验;干预以随访为主,内容多样化,干预时间集中在6个月,效果评价以生活质量指标为主。[结论]延续护理在我国宫颈癌病人中的应用研究虽逐年上升,但起步较晚尚处于初始阶段,相关研究的地区分布不平衡,基金支持力度待加强,文献质量也有待进一步提高;且该护理领域尚未形成规范统一的评价和管理体系。

Objective:To understand the development status quo of continuing care of cervical cancer patients in China by analyze its characteristics,intervention methods,and effects of this model through bibliometric method.Methods:Analyzing the external and internal characteristics of the included literatures by summarizing the literatures from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database,Chongqing Weipu Database(VIP),and Duxiu Database.Results:A total of 95 articles were included,with the most articles published from 2016 to 2018,mainly distributed in Jiangsu province,Guangdong province,and other southern provinces;distributed in 64 journals;all the included literature was randomized controlled trials(RCTs);the intervention was mainly followed-up;the content was diversified;the intervention time was concentrated in 6 months;and the effect evaluation was mainly based on the quality of life index.Conclusions:Although the application research of continuous care in cervical cancer patients in China has been increasing year by year,it is still in the initial stage.The regional distribution of related research was not balanced,the fund support need to be strengthened,and the quality of literature need to be further improved.The nursing field had not yet formed a standardized and unified evaluation and management system.
