关于城市地下市政设施综合化与安全性研究

Research on Integration and Safety of Urban Underground Municipal Facilities

城市的发展要求地下市政设施必须形成体系,共同承担起城市运转的基础,并保证一定的安全性,这也是接下来很长一段时间内,各个城市基层政府的重要工作内容。本文从城市地下市政设施综合化和安全性提高的原则、规划、建设等方面入手进行分析和探讨,希望可以为建立地下市政设施综合安全管理平台提供一些思路和参考。

The development of the city requires that the underground municipal facilities must form a system,share the foundation of the operation of the city,and ensure certain safety,which is also the important work content of the grass-roots government of each city for a long time.This paper analyzes and discusses the principle,planning and construction of the integration and safety improvement of urban underground municipal facilities,hoping to provide some ideas and references for the establishment of integrated safety management platform of underground municipal facilities.
