长春市特殊教育学校规划布局研究

Research on the Planning and Layout of Changchun Special Education School

本文基于对长春市特殊教育学校进行实地调研,结合微信平台及政府数据,全面梳理和分析了长春市特殊教育学校的发展现状及存在的问题,重点解决空间不足这一最核心的矛盾。在城市管理上,结合政府管理部门的职权范围,提出对应的建议策略;在城市建设上,采用首创的方法预测特殊教育学校未来的发展规模,提前预留用地资源。从政策和规划两个方面共同推动长春市特殊教育向更好的方向发展,助力东北亚区域性教育中心的建设。

Based on the field investigation of Changchun Special Education School,combined with the WeChat platform and government data,this paper comprehensively combs and analyses the development status and existing problems of Changchun Special Education School,focusing on solving the core contradiction of insufficient space.In urban management,combined with the terms of reference of government management departments,the corresponding suggestions and strategies are put forward.In urban construction,the first method is used to predict the future development scale of special education schools and reserve land resources in advance.We should promote the better development of special education in Changchun from two aspects of policy and planning,and help the construction of regional education centers in Northeast Asia.
