摘要
以3 mm厚的玻璃片为原料,HF与H2SO4为侵蚀剂,研究侵蚀温度、侵蚀时间与酸的组成对玻璃抗折强度的影响。结果表明,最佳的侵蚀时间为30 min,最佳侵蚀温度为35℃,最佳侵蚀酸组合为28%H2SO4+34%HF。
The effects of erosion temperature,erosion time and acid composition on the breaking strength of glass were studied by using 3 mm thick glass slices as raw materials and HF and H2SO4 as erosion agents.The results show that the optimal erosion time is 30 min,the optimal erosion temperature is 35℃,and the optimal erosion acid combination is 28%H2SO4+34%HF.
