摘要
代谢组学可以借助现代检测技术对植物体内各代谢产物进行定性、定量分析,从而发现植物代谢调控规律,同时也是植物逆境下代谢动态调控的一个平台。土壤重金属污染关系着生态环境质量、农产品安全及人体健康。本文综述了重金属(铅、镉、铜等)胁迫下植物氨基酸类、有机酸类、糖类等物质变化规律及其调控功能,进而研究重金属胁迫下植物代谢途径变化响应,为研究植物重金属耐受性和适应性提供理论依据。
Metabonomics can be used to find the metabolic regulation of plant through qualitative and quantitative analysis of various metabolitest,and it is also a platform for dynamic regulation of plant metabolism under stresses.Soil contains heavy metals will be dangerous to the quality of ecological environment,the safety of agricultural products and human health.This article reviews the changes and regulation of amino acids,organic acids,carbohydrates and other substances in plants under heavy metals(lead,cadmium,copper,et al.)stress,so as to study the changes of metabolic pathways,that will provide a theoretical basis for the future study in tolerance and adaptability of plant under heavy metals stress.
