摘要
可见光催化剂钒酸铋(BiVO4)是一种新式半导体光催化材料,因良好的催化特性而引起广泛关注。基于此,阐述BiVO4相关性质,总结常用制备方法,并对离子掺杂、复合和形貌调控等BiVO4改性方法进行综述。
visible light catalyst bismuth vanadate(BiVO4)is a new kind of semiconductor photocatalytic material.Based on this,the related properties of BiVO4 were described,the common preparation methods were summarized,and the modification methods of BiVO4 such as ion doping,compounding and morphology control were reviewed.
