重楼多糖的研究进展

Advances in the Polysaccharides from Paris polyphylla

重楼含有皂苷、多糖、黄酮等多种活性成分,目前国内外对重楼皂苷已有大量的研究报道,多糖亦为重楼活性成分之一,但有关重楼多糖的研究相对较少。随着重楼研究的不断深入,科技工作者也逐渐意识到重楼多糖有很好的药理作用。因此对重楼多糖的提取、含量测定、提取工艺优化方法及免疫、抗氧化、降血脂和护肝等药理作用进行综述,为重楼多糖的进一步研究提供参考。

The Paris polyphylla contains the saponins,polysaccharides,flavonoids and other active ingredients.At present,there have been a lot of research reports on the saponinsfrom Paris polyphylla at home and abroad.Polysaccharides are also one of the active ingredients of the Paris polyphylla,but the research on the polysaccharides of Paris polyphylla is relatively few.With the deepening of the research on the Paris polyphylla,the scientists and technicians have gradually realized that the polysaccharides of Paris polyphylla have a good pharmacological effect.In this review paper,the extraction,content determination,optimization of extraction technology and the pharmacological effects such as immunity,antioxidation,lipid-lowering and liver-protecting were reviewed in order to provide references for further study of the Polysaccharides from Paris polyphylla.
