摘要
详细阐述了提高水工建筑物敦墙钢筋保护层一次验收合格率的“精度通吕QC小组”活动,通过分析其钢筋骨架安装不合理,支撑刚度不够以及垫块限位固定偏差大的原因,提出并实施相应对策。旨在提高水工建筑物敦墙钢筋保护层一次验收合格率,提高通吕运河水利枢纽工程的使用寿命,为同类型施工积累经验。
This paper expounds in detail the activity of"precision Tonglu QC group"to improve the first acceptance rate of the steel bar protective layer of the Dun wall of hydraulic structures.By analyzing the reasons for the unreasonable installation of the steel bar framework,the insufficient rigidity of the support and the large deviation of the fixed limit of the cushion block,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward and implemented.The purpose of this paper is to improve the first acceptance rate of Dun wall reinforced protective layer of hydraulic structures,to improve the service life of Tonglu canal water conservancy project,and to accumulate experience for the same type of construction.
