应急管理表彰奖励的激励功能与实施管理探析

在自媒体空前活跃的信息化社会,突发事件应急处理成为万众瞩目的热点。对参加突发事件应急处理做出贡献的单位和个人,及时予以表彰奖励,建立适时的激励制度,对于强化应急队伍、促进妥善应急、提升应急能力,具有重要的意义。我国应急管理表彰奖励在管理体制以及工作实践等方面已经积累了一定的经验,为进一步实现应急管理表彰奖励工作的规范化、制度化,有必要尽快完善应急管理表彰奖励制度体系,健全应急管理表彰奖励管理体制,细化应急管理表彰奖励具体措施,推动全社会形成褒奖奉献、弘扬人性光辉的良性机制。

In the information society with“We Media”which becomes active unprecedentedly,emergency response has become a hot spot of attention.It is of great significance to commend and reward the units and individuals who have contributed to the emergency response and to establish a timely incentive system for strengthening the emergency response team,promoting the appropriate emergency response and improving the emergency response ability.China’s emergency management commendation and reward system has accumulated some experience in aspects such as management system and work practice,but to further realize the standardization and institutionalization of the emergency management commendation and reward work,it is necessary to improve the emergency management commendation and reward system as soon as possible,improve the emergency management commendation and reward management system,refine the specific measures to emergency management commendation and reward,and promote the formation of a positive mechanism for the entire society to give commendation and reward and carry forward the brilliance of human nature.
