摘要 高校辅导员队伍具有自身的成长背景、思想、行为、心理等群体意识和群体特征,这对高校辅导员队伍建设提出了独特性、针对性要求。虽然有关政策明确提出“专业化、职业化、专家化”的方向与目标,但由于工作的特殊性和环境的复杂性,高校辅导员队伍建设面临着多重困境,队伍总量不足,人员配置不当,战略规划缺失,激励机制乏力。加强高校辅导员队伍建设,需多措并举,树立前瞻理念,优化组织结构,完善发展机制,严格准入机制,健全保障体系,促进其专业化、职业化的发展。 College counselor team has its own group consciousness and group characteristics such as in growth background,ideology,behavior and psychology,which attach unique and targeted requirements for the construction of college counselor team.Although the relevant policies clearly put forward the direction and goal of“specialization,professionalization and expertization”,due to the particularity of the work and the complexity of the environment,the construction of college counselor team is facing many problems,such as insufficient team size,improper staffing,lack of strategic planning and weak incentive mechanism.To strengthen the construction of college counselor team,we should take many measures simultaneously,establish a forward-looking concept,optimize the organizational structure,improve the development mechanism,strictly enforce the access mechanism,improve the support system,and promote its development towards specialization and professionalization.
