摘要
本文基于HRBP视角,站在企业战略高度,在“顶层设计,基层实施,组织保障”的框架下,以“金士官”岗位胜任能力模型为基准,运用能力模型与培训体系进行耦合的思路,系统性地设计了培训规划、培训内容、培训方法、培训手段以及培训项目实施保障等管理环节,并将这些管理环节进行有机衔接。特别是应用学习地图工具规划了提升岗位能力和职业晋升的学习路径,从而达到提升学习效率、充分发挥培训价值的目的。
Based on the perspective of HRBP,standing at the strategic height of the enterprise,under the framework of“top-level design,grass-roots implementation,organizational support”,taking the post competency model of“Golden Sergeant”as the benchmark,this paper systematically designs the training planning,training content,training method,training means,training project implementation support and other management links by using the idea of coupling the competency model with the training system,and organically connects these management links.In particular,a learning map tool is used to plan the path of improving post ability and learning for career promotion,so as to achieve the purposes of improving the learning efficiency and giving full play to the value of training.
