摘要
推进深圳人才国际化,应借鉴先进的国际人才引进理念和方法,结合深圳的现实情况,确定深圳国际化人才的需求和发展定位,培养国际化的干部队伍,成立专业的政府猎头机构;以综合性国家科学中心建设为契机打造国际科技人才集聚地;以前海现代服务业创新合作区、深港科技创新合作区为国际人才引进试验田,创新国际及港澳人才引进制度;发展国际教育,推动中小学双语教育培养本土国际人才;发挥移民文化优势,营造国际化的社会软环境,打造与世界城市发展水平相适应的国际人才服务区。
To promote talent internationalization in Shenzhen,we should learn from the advanced concepts and methods of international talent introduction,combine with the actual situation of Shenzhen,determine the demand and development orientation of international talents in Shenzhen,train international cadre teams,and establish a professional government headhunting organization;build an international gathering place of scientific and technological talents by taking the construction of the comprehensive national science center as an opportunity;innovate the international,Hong Kong and Macao talent introduction systems by taking the Qianhai Modern Service Industry Innovation Cooperation Zone and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science&Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone as experimental fields for international talent introduction;develop international education,and promote bilingual education in primary and middle schools to cultivate local international talents;give full play to the cultural advantages of immigrants,create an international social soft environment,and build an international talent service zone compatible with the development level of the world-class city.
