IMS多功能测厚仪高压控制发生器故障分析及改进措施

摘要 针对宝钢湛江钢铁热轧厂IMS多功能测厚仪高压控制发生器灯丝电流多次异常持续升高的故障情况,检测灯丝电流控制板及灯丝高压变压器部分,对高压控制发生器内部工作情况进行解体检查。得知灯丝高压变压器部分磁芯松动是引起高压控制发生器灯丝电流故障的根本原因,提出防止磁芯发生松动等对策措施,取得了良好的效果,对于同类测厚仪的问题处理及高压控制发生器的控制机理分析具有参考意义。 In view of the abnormal continuous increase of filament current in the high voltage control generator of IMS multi-function thickness gauge in Zhanjiang Iron&Steel Hot Rolling Mill of Baosteel,the filament current control board and the filament high voltage transformer are tested,and the internal working condition of the high voltage control generator is dismantled and checked,and the filament height is obtained.It is concluded that the loosening of some magnetic cores in voltage transformer is the root cause of filament current fault in high voltage control generator.The corresponding countermeasures such as preventing the loosening of magnetic cores are put forward,and good improvement results have been achieved.It is of reference significance to the problem handling of the same thickness gauge and the analysis of the control mechanism of high voltage control generator.
