冷轧生产过程乳化液异味的改进研究

摘要 阐述了冷轧过程中乳化液异味的产生机理及途径,重点介绍了最新的环保法律法规对冷轧乳化液异味的相关规定及乳化液异味的检测手段。详细介绍针对冷轧生产过程中乳化液异味开展的相关研究,并从技术上优化轧制油配方进行改善;将上述的研究结果应用于现场生产实践,大幅改善冷轧生产过程乳化液的异味。 The generation channel and mechanism of emulsion odor during cold rolling were described.The latest environmental protection laws and regulations on the relevant provisions of cold rolling emulsion odor and the detection methods of emulsion odor were mainly introduced.The related research was revealed in detail,and the formulation of rolling oil was also adjusted technically for improvement.The above research results were finally applied to the production line in cold rolling plant to greatly improve the emulsion odor.
