灰铸铁制动盘中光亮C的形成机理及控制方法 被引量:12

摘要 介绍了制动盘铸件出现光亮C的形貌特征及位置,利用能谱分析仪分析了产生光亮C缺陷的原因,通过在浇注温度1440~1360℃、充型时间6~7 s、树脂加入量0.8%的条件下,试验不同Fe2O3加入量和不同Al2(SO4)3对同一型号制动盘光亮C出现比例的影响,同时,研究了不同浇注温度对光亮C缺陷的影响,得出了防止光亮C产生的有效措施为:(1)减少树脂加入量;(2)适当提高浇注温度;(3)使用利于排气的铸造工艺;(4)浇注速度尽可能快;(5)加入0.4%~0.6%的Fe2O3或0.5%~0.8%的Al2(SO4)3。 The morphology feature and location of bright carbon occurring in brake disc casting was introduced.The bright carbon defect formation reason was analyzed by using energy spectrum analyzer.Under the condition that the pouring temperature was of 1440~1360℃,mold filling time was of 6~7 s,resin adding amount was of 0.8%,the influence of Fe2O3 adding amount and different Al2(SO4)3 adding amount on the bright carbon occurring rate in the same type brake disc was test,and at the same time,the influence of different pouring temperature on the bright carbon defect was investigated,the effective measures to prevent the bright carbon occurring were obtained as following:(1)Reduce resin adding amount.(2)Properly elevate pouring temperature.(3)Use casting method beneficial for gas venting.(4)Pouring rate should be as fast as possible.(5)Add 0.4%~0.6%Fe2O3 or 0.5%~0.8%Al2(SO4)3.
