摘要 介绍了汽车制动器单梁支架铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了原生产工艺及存在的铸件缺陷,分析了裂纹及渗碳体缺陷产生的原因,通过在铸件模具的每个模块上增加1个防变形拉筋,设置于铸件两端中间,使其与铸件横梁同时凝固,且铸件在凝固过程中的自由收缩不受防变形拉筋的影响,防止铸件横梁中间部位产生裂纹缺陷。此外,防变形拉筋还起到了铁液溢流储存包的作用,将最初进入型腔内的掺杂有浮砂和夹杂物的、易形成渗碳体的过冷铁液液从铸件型腔中引入其内,凝固后渗碳体就会被人为地引入到防变形拉筋上,有效消除了铸件边缘薄壁区域的渗碳体,还大幅度地减少了铸件砂孔、渣孔缺陷。 The structure and technical requirements of automobile brake single beam bracket castings were introduced.The original production process and existing casting defects were explained in detail.The causes of cracks and cementite defects were analyzed.An anti-deformation rib was adding in each module of the casting mold,which was set in the middle of both ends of the casting made it solidify with the casting beam at the same time,and the no shrinkage of the casting during the solidification.That prevent the middle part of the casting beam from cracking.In addition,the anti-deformation ribs also function as a molten iron overflow storage bag.The supercooled molten iron with floating sand and inclusions,which was easy to form cementite,flow from the cavity of the casting to the anti-deformation ribs.The cementite will be artificially introduced to the anti-deformation ribs after solidification,which effectively eliminated the cementite in the thin-walled area of the casting edge,and also greatly reduced the defects of sand and slag holes in the casting.
