不同涂料在呋喃树脂砂铸铁件上的应用对比 被引量:9

摘要 介绍了5种不同防粘砂涂料的粒度、化学成分、流平性、涂挂性以及骨料颗粒形状,采用这5种涂料和呋喃树脂砂生产灰铸铁试验铸件,对其粘砂情况进行了分析研究,试验结果显示:E型涂料防粘砂涂料效果最优,该涂料为锆英粉系涂料,w(ZrO2)35.65%,热膨胀小,耐高温性能好,配制的涂料有良好的涂刷性能;D型、C型均为复合型涂料,B型、A型为Si-Al系涂料,D型、C型涂料的耐高温、热膨胀等性能好于B型、A型涂料。由此得出以下结论:铸件的粘砂与浇注温度、型砂、涂料和铸件结构等有关,根据不同的特性,使用不同的涂料,可达到较高的性价比。 The grain size,chemical composition,levelling property,coating property,and aggregate particle shape of 5 different anti-burning on coatings were introduced.Those 5 coatings and furan resin sand were used to produce gray iron test castings,their burning on situations were analyzed and studied.Test result showed:the anti-burning on effect of E type coating was the best.This type coating was zirconium powder series coating,containing 35.65%ZrO2,having small thermal expansion,good high temperature resistance,the coating prepared with it had good brushing property.Both D type,C type were composite coating.B type,A type were Si-Al series coatings.The high temperature-resistance and thermal expansion property of the D type and C type coating were better than that of B type and A type coatings.This lead to the following conclusion:the burning-on defect of castings was related to pouring temperature,molding sand,coating and casting structure.Use different coatings according to different characteristics could achieve a higher property-price ratio.
