冀863和冀棉521原棉纺纱与絮用性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究冀863和冀棉521原棉的纺纱性能与絮用性能。选取冀863和冀棉521两个品种原棉试样进行小样试纺和絮用性能指标测试试验。试验结果显示:纺制27.8 tex纱,与冀棉521原棉相比,冀863单纱强力升高4.92%、3 mm^7 mm毛羽指数均有不同程度降低,条干CV值降低9.37%,棉结数降低;絮用性能方面,与冀棉521原棉比较,冀863原棉保温率降低4.15%,压缩回弹性增加1.47%。认为:两个品种原棉的纺纱性能和絮用性能有所不同,冀863用于纺纱、冀棉521用于保暖絮片更能发挥其品种特色优势。 Spinning property and flocculation property of Ji 863 cotton and Ji 521 raw cotton were studied.Two raw cotton samples of Ji 863 cotton and Ji 521 cotton were selected for small sample trail spinning and flocculation property test.The test results showed that compared to Ji 521 raw cotton,strength of Ji 863 cotton yarn was increased 4.92% for spinning 27.8 tex yarn,hairiness index of 3 mm to 7 mm were reduced to different degrees and uneveness CV value was reduced 9.37%,neps were reduced.In terms of flocculation property,compared with Ji 521 raw cotton,heat preservation rate of Ji 863 cotton was reduced 4.15% and compression resilience was increased1.47%.It is considered that spinning property and flocculation property of two raw cotton are different.Ji 863 cotton is used for spinning and Ji 521 cotton is used for warm flocculus,which can give full play to their variety characteristics.
