基于宋锦纹样的起绒小提花织物设计

Pile Small Figured Fabric Design Based on Song Brocade Pattern

结合宋锦纹样,设计了几款起绒小提花织物。分析了宋锦纹样和起绒织物的组织设计,探讨起绒小提花织物的设计方法。分别以天华锦、龙纹格子锦和菱形四合如意锦为灵感来源,分别提取骨骼图案,并设计了起绒小提花织物的纹样;以平纹作为固结组织,采用V形固结,并在小样机上试织。结果表明:三种织物纹样均为满地小花纹,独具特色。认为:将宋锦纹样应用于起绒织物设计,可开发高档箱包、丝巾等服饰产品及文化创意产品。

In combination with the Song brocade pattern,several pile small figured fabrics were designed.Texture design of Song brocade pattern and pile fabric was analyzed.Design method of pile small figured fabric was discussed.Tianhua brocade,dragon pattern lattice brocade and rhombus brocade were taken as inspiration sources,skeletal pattern was extracted and pattern of pile small figured fabric was designed.Plain weave was used as consolidation texture and V-shaped consolidation was adopted.It was woven on sample weaving machine.The results showed that three fabric patterns were all small patterns with unique features.It is considered that application of Song brocade patterns to design pile fabrics can develop high-end bags and suitcases,silk scarves,other clothing products and cultural creative products.
