摘要
探讨熔融金属喷溅防护服的发展现状与趋势。阐述了熔融金属喷溅防护的原理与相关标准。从纤维配比方面,详细介绍了近年来熔融金属喷溅防护面料的发展情况,并分析了现有产品的优缺点。介绍了熔融金属喷溅防护服装在款式设计过程中应遵循的原则。展望了熔融金属喷溅防护服的发展趋势。认为:在今后熔融金属喷溅防护服研发中,提高防护性能的同时,应在减低重量、提高舒适性等方面进行更为全面的研究。
Development status and trend of molten metal splash protective clothing were discussed.Principle and relevant standards of molten metal splash protection were described.From aspect of fiber ratio,development of molten metal splash protection fabric in recent years was introduced in detail.Advantages and disadvantages of existed products were analyzed.Principles that molten metal splash protective clothing should follow in style design process were introduced.Development trend of molten metal splash protective clothing was briefly forecasted.It is considered that in the future research and development of molten metal splash protective clothing,protective property should be improved,at the same time,more comprehensive research should be carried out in terms of weight reduction and comfort improvement.
