大学毕业生“佛系”就业是人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展这一主要矛盾在大学毕业生就业工作中的具体体现,是物质生活提高的前提下,在现代主义思潮影响下,在解决自我同一性的危机过程中,大学毕业生面对压力竞争显现的“内卷化”的自我保护。大学毕业生“佛系”就业看似“云淡风轻”,实则与党的十九大提出的“高质量”就业相差甚远,需要从宏观、中观、微观维度加以引导。

The employment of Buddhist departments of university graduates is the concrete reflection of the contradiction between the people’s increasing need for a better life and the unbalanced and insufficient development in the employment work of university graduates.It is also the“involvement”of university graduates in the face of pressure competition in the process of solving the crisis of self-identity under the influence of modernism and under the premise of improving their material life.The employment of college graduates in Buddhist departments seems to be“light clouds and light breezes”,but in fact,it is far from the“high quality”employment proposed by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party,which needs to be guided from macro,meso and micro dimensions.
