摘要
目的观察2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)患者急性期外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、血常规的变化特点,探讨其临床意义。方法通过全自动血细胞分析仪及流式细胞仪检测COVID-19组患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群计数、白细胞及其分类计数及百分比,并与健康人群对照组进行比较。结果与健康对照组比较COVID-19组患者CD3+、CD4+和CD8+细胞绝对数下降,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);CD4+CD8+比值与对照组比较,无统计学差异(P> 0.05);与对照组比较,COVID-19组患者白细胞总数、淋巴细胞绝对数和百分数、嗜酸性粒细胞绝对数及百分数指标下降,中性粒细胞百分比增加,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),而中性粒细胞绝对数比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 COVID-19可导致机体细胞免疫功能损伤。
Objective To investigate the changes of peripheral T lymphocyte subsets and blood routine in patients with corona virus disease-2019(COVID-19) in the early period of infection onset, and to explore its clinical significance. Me thods The white blood cells and the differential counts and percentages were detected by the automatic blood cell analysis. The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subgroups counts by flow cytometer in the COVID-19 group were compared with the healthy control group. Re s ults For COVID-19 group, the absolute number of CD3+,CD4+andCD8+cells decreased significantly when being compared with the healthy control group(P < 0.05);there were no statistical differences between the CD4+T/CD8+T(P > 0.05);For COVID-19 group,the total number of white blood cells, absolute number and percentage of lymphocytes, absolute number and percentage of eosinophils decreased, and the percentage of neutrophilsincreased when being compared with the healthy control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The absolute number of neutrophils was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). Conclus ion Corona virus disease-2019 can damage the cellular immune function.
