摘要 目的探究新生儿ABO溶血病与一些血液检查指标是否具有相关性。方法对2018年1月至2018年12月期间在昆明医科大学第二附属医院新生儿科住院治疗,同时送检测新生儿溶血病的患儿,分析一些常规且易获得血液检查指标。针对所检测的指标分析其与新生儿ABO溶血病的相关性。结果所有138例样本中,111例可证实为新生儿ABO溶血病(80.4%)。O型孕妇Ig G抗-A/B效价、效价分级、新生儿溶血三项试验是HDN确诊与否的影响因素,网织红细胞绝对值、乳酸脱氢酶可认为与新生儿ABO溶血病的确诊具有相关性(P <0.05)。结论除新生儿溶血三项试验外,可根据网织红细胞绝对值,乳酸脱氢酶作为确诊新生儿ABO溶血病的有效参考指标,必要时可检测产妇Ig G抗-A/B效价进而提高ABO-HDN的检出率。 Objective To investigate whether there is a correlation between neonatal ABO hemolytic disease and some blood test indicators. Me thods Patients, who were hospitalized in the neonatology department of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018, and sent to the blood transfusion department to detect neonatal hemolytic disease, were enrolled. Some routine and blood test indicators easy to be obtained were analyzed. The correlation between the neonatal ABO hemolytic disease and those indicators tested were analyzed. Re s ults For all the 138 samples, 111 were confirmed to be neonatal ABO hemolytic disease(80.4%). O-type maternal IgG anti-A/B titer, titer, and neonatal hemolysis were the influencing factors of HDN diagnosis. Reticulocyte absolute value and lactate dehydrogenase could be considered as correlated with the diagnosis of neonatal ABO hemolytic disease(P < 0.05). Conclus ion In addition to the three tests of neonatal hemolysis, the absolute values of reticulocytes and lactate dehydrogenase can be used as effective reference indicators for the diagnosis of neonatal ABO hemolytic disease. If necessary, detection of maternal IgG anti-A/B titer can increase the detection rate of ABO-HDN.
