加味柴胡疏肝散治疗冠心病合并抑郁症临床观察

Clinical Observation of Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder in Treating Coronary Heart Disease with Depression

[目的]观察加味柴胡疏肝散治疗冠心病合并抑郁症的临床疗效。[方法]将60例冠心病合并抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上给予加味柴胡疏肝散治疗,治疗4周后,观察两组疗效、心电图改善情况及治疗前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分变化情况。[结果]治疗组临床疗效和心电图疗效的总有效率分别为93.33%、90.00%,对照组分别为80.00%、76.67%,两组疗效差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组治疗后SDS、SAS评分均较治疗前改善,且治疗组SDS、SAS评分改善程度大于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]加味柴胡疏肝散治疗冠心病合并抑郁症具有良好临床疗效。

[Objective]To observe clinical effect of Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder on treatment for coronary heart disease with depression.[Methods]Sixty patients with coronary heart disease and depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given with Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder on the basis of conventional treatment.The curative effect,improvement of electrocardiogram and changes of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores before and after treatment were observed after four-weeks treatment.[Results]The total effective rates of clinical efficacy and ECG efficacy in the treatment group were respectively 93.33%and 90.00%,and those in the control group were respectively 80.00%and 76.67%.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(both P<0.01);The SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the difference between SDS and SAS scores before and after treatment in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).[Conclusions]Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder has preferable clinical effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease with depression.
