摘要
为了降低庞庞塔煤矿放顶煤回采作业过程中的粉尘浓度,通过分析确定9-101工作面煤层注水工艺应用时注水钻孔的布置参数、单孔1678m^3的单孔注水量,设计了配套使用的注水系统及注水施工参数。通过现场应用测得注水后煤体的水分增量约1.93%,且回采时工作面不同位置处的全尘浓度均控制在200mg/m^3,降尘效果明显。
In order to reduce the dust concentration in the process of caving mining operation in Pangpangta Coal Mine,the layout parameters of water injection holes and the water injection quantity of 1678m^3 for single hole are determined through analysis,and the matching water injection system and construction parameters of water injection are designed.Through field application,the water increment of coal body after water injection is about 1.93%,and the total dust concentration at different positions of the working face is controlled at 200mg/m^3,so the dust reduction effect is obvious.
