Area-based Precision Cost Control by Factor for Power Plant Management

为了降低发电企业运行成本,本文提出按生产要素划分为水、煤、电三个区域,精准分析造成煤耗、电耗、水耗高的原因,对可控成本的关键指标采取针对性措施,实现了电厂降低生产成本、节能降耗的目标。

In order to reduce the operating cost of power generation enterprises,this paper proposes to divide into three regions according to the factors of production into water,coal and electricity,to accurately analyze the causes of high coal consumption,electricity consumption and water consumption,and to take targeted measures on the key indicators of controllable cost to achieve the goal of reducing energy saving and reducing consumption of production costs in power plants.
