摘要
后视镜镜片发黑是一类典型的质量问题,会带来驾驶安全问题并引起客户的严重抱怨。针对车内后视镜镜片发黑问题,通过能谱检测确认发黑物质的化学成分,提出发黑问题的机理假设,进行模拟试验论证机理假设的正确性。针对发生机理建立改善方案,彻底解决了这一问题。由于镜片发黑是镜片类产品普遍存在的潜在失效模式,该问题的解决为同类风险的规避提供了普适性的分析思路。
The lens blackening of rearview mirror is a typical quality problem, which will bring about driving safety problems and cause serious complaints from customers. Aiming at the blackening problem of interior rearview mirror lens, the chemical composition of blackening substances is confirmed through energy spectrum detection, the mechanism hypothesis of blackening problem is put forward, and the correctness of the mechanism hypothesis is demonstrated through simulation tests. This problem is completely solved by establishing an improvement plan for the occurrence mechanism. As lens blackening is a common potential failure mode of lens products, the solution of this problem provides a universal analysis idea for avoiding similar risks.
